Boston Customer Love Meetup #5

This meetup is an extension of our annual Customer Love Summit, which is our way (along with some fabulous event partners) of bringing together people that believe making customers feel special is the fastest path to growth. Whether you're in Customer Experience, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales. Community or another customer-facing role, if you've got a story about how you made your customers (B2B or B2C!) feel special, we'd love to see you.

Agenda: Think of the meetup as an open mic. We want to hear your customer success stories and, well, those campaigns that maybe didn't do as well as they should've (with some learnings of course). This is a designated no presenation zone, so think a snack size story that'll allow folks to get to know you/your company.
